FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Standard insured shipping is 2 – 7 days. We do not ship outside of the United Kingdom at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer flat rate shipping to the United Kingdom.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not offer international shipping.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus standard shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@zingit.shop with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
